It seems like whenever Rihanna is performing, there are always boots and skimpy leather outfits involved. Don’t get me wrong, very few women could pull this off and still look stunning, instead of like an underdressed barbie doll, yet she does it wonderfully. On January 29th of 2009, just a few days ago, the star performed at the Pepsi Smash Super Bowl XLIII Bash, which was held at the Ford Amphitheater located in Tampa, Florida, and she was wearing the prerequisite leather skimpy outfit and knee high boots of an unusual design. She has talent, is it really necessary to show so much skin as well?
