Television star and actor Patrick Dempsey was recently seen at a gym in Los Angeles wearing rain boots on the treadmill, instead of the usual sneakers. Apparently he arrived at L.A. gym Easton’s Gym during a bad rain storm. After dashing into the gym and changing into his workout gear, Patrick realized that he had forgotten his workout footwear. Rather than go back and get them, this great actor improvised, and wore his rain boots while using the treadmill and other workout equipment. One gym member said the rain boots were squeking the entire time, distracting other members intent on exercising.

For all the worries about Christmas time and the recession, turns out Ugg boots are in such high demand it is still almost impossible to find them now that the holiday as over. A historic boots shop in San Angelo has burned down. The Brest Boots/ R.E Donaho Saddle Co. in San Angelo  caught on fire Sunday afternoon, and the cause of the blaze is still not known. The fire chief is waiting for the hot spots to cool down before the investigation into the blaze can be started. Ths boot store has become well known for making the boots you see actors wearing in the movies. One such project was for the movie No Country For Old Man. This well known boot shop is not closing, but new quarters will have to be found until the damage is fixed.
